2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29896 of 2024(6) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. He further submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and have been languishing in custody since 05.01.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Gogri (Paura) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023.

7. However, the petitioners are directed to remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court below.
