JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.633 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019 had rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after nine months' jail custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already completed nine months' jail custody. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22672 of 2020(2) dt.02-09-2020 2/2 as also looking to the observation give by this Court, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 633 of 2019.
