05-05-2015 Learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 7 as well as Sri Anil Prasad Singh, learned counsel for private respondents, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under Section 48(D) of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, which is a scheduled Act under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Accordingly, a prayer is being made for transferring the record of this case to the Tribunal. Accordingly, in view of prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners as well as in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith.
