The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2017 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that coupons have already been issued to the beneficiaries, which shows that petitioner has not violated the rules. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
