2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing and killing the deceased for demand of dowry. Petitioner is in jail since 29.11.2024.

4. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
