29-10-2015 On call, none appeared on behalf of petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 8 submits that he has received instruction from the office of the Executive Engineer, Water drainage and investigation Division, Purnea, vide letter no. 1022 dated 19th October, 2015 and submits that as per instruction, the claimed salary i.e. salary for the period December, 2009 to July, 2010 has already been paid to the petitioner, vide Bill No. 187E of 13-14 through T.V. No. 64 dated 29-03-2014 and Bill No. 200E of 13-14 through T.V. No. 73 dated 29-03-2014. Accordingly, he submits that grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed. Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
