The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Khusrupur P.S. Case No.250 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 379, 354, 323, 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on 11.11.2017 at about 7.00 in the evening, she was taking water from tubewell but her cosharer, Bhushan Paswan, Sunny Kumar, Indu Devi, wife of Bhushan Paswan and others came and assaulted her. Bhushan Paswan assaulted her with iron rod. The petitioner and others are alleged to have assaulted with stick and also bite her. It appears that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. The occurrence took place on 11.11.2017 but the F.I.R. was lodged on 17.11.2017. No reason for such delay

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18062 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 of about a week has been stated in the F.I.R. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Patna City, District-Patna in connection with Khusrupur P.S.
