Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that co-accused Jang Bahadur Rai and Ranjeet Rai have already been allowed bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 61282 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 62718 of 2018 after considering the material in the case diary and postmortem report.

In the circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26311 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Madhuban Police Station Case No. 43 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
