2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 03.10.2015 passed in Case No. 429 of 2009 by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17421 of 2015 dt.17-07-2018 2/2 District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran, Motihari.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, expeditiously and within the statutory period.
