The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case no.371/15 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Accusation is of torturing of the complainant by her husband and other in-laws and removal her from her matrimonial house snatching her personal belongings.
Submission is that the petitioners are mother -in-law and father-in-law and both have falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive.
