2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding and directing the respondent authority to remove encroachment over land of the petitioner bearing Khata no. 434, Khesra No. 1278, Rakawa- 22 decimal,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6572 of 2025(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 Mauza-Basi, District- Supaul which has been encroached by the Private Respondent by force and stalling pillar over it;

(ii) for direction to Circle Officer, Raghopur to consider the representation of the petitioner and initiated encroachment case against the Private Respondents and remove the encroachment over the land of the petitioner; (iii) for issuance of any other writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner is found entitled to.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be seeking appropriate Forum, both Civil and Criminal for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
