JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-10-2020 Heard Mr. Rohit Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P. S. Case No. 227 of 2018 dated 12.08.2018, corresponding to CIS No. 1489 of 2018, instituted for offence under Section 292 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant was waylaid and was divested of his personal belongings and the motor-cycle which he was riding.

The F.I.R. has been registered against unknown.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27013 of 2020(2) dt.20-10-2020 2/2 The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of the co-accused person but there is no recovery of any incriminating material from the possession of the petitioner.

The motor-cycle and the mobile phone has been recovered from other accused persons.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P. S. Case No. 227 of 2018 dated 12.08.2018, corresponding to CIS No. 1489 of 2018. The petition stands allowed.
