2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith co-accused Vikky Kumar fired on the chest of brother of informant, due to which, he died. Petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased and is in custody since 14.08.2024.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
