JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-11-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to issue the Identity Card to the petitioner of being a progeny of the freedom fighter, however, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein, in paragraph no. 16, it has been stated that the said Identity Card of being a progeny of the freedom fighter has already been issued and delivered to the petitioner, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in case, the Identity Card, as aforesaid, has been issued, then the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievance.
