The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 59 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2023 and there is recovery of 75 liters of country made liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
