ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.412 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is an allegation that the petitioners have assaulted one Manorama Devi, but the injuries have been found to be only simple in nature.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no
