Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Haspura P.S. Case No. 162/2017 registered under Sections 353, 307 IPC with allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is stated that there is no injury suffered by any party. The allegation is general and omnibus. Both parties have settled and compromised.

If that be so, the petitioners shall surrender and pray for bail placing all relevant facts before the learned Court below for
