====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Dehri (T) Dalmiya Nagar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 400, 401, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, the Police on the basis of confessional statement of suspected accused persons raided semi constructed house of father-in-law of Kallu Khan @ Firoj Khan. On seeing the Police Party, one person tried to run away. Police apprehended him. He disclosed his name as Kallu Khan. On search, several Motor cycles have been recovered from different places as mentioned in the seizure lists.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24692 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. He has clean antecedent. His name has been disclosed by co-accused Kallu Khan @ Firoj Khan. Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Dehri (T) Dalmiya Nagar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
