2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj vide order dated 13.01.2023 in connection with Complaint Case No. C-436 of 2018.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.
