Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case no. 102 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 20, 22, 23 and 24 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
Allegation is from the dickey of petitioner's motorcycle 4 kg. Ganja was recovered.
It is submitted that petitioner is not the owner of the seized motorcycle. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion.
Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2170 of 2018(3) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, same is rejected.
