The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Srikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 137 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner was appointed as dealer on 01.04.2011 and he continued to take articles of the company either on credit or on payment of cash, but did not return the money. The case was sent to mediation centre and the mediator reported that the case has been compromised on the terms that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 3,05,000/- to the informant in three installments. The first installment was to be paid in the month of October.

The informant did not raise any objection.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56472 of 2015 (5) dt.04-10-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the dispute has been resolved amicably, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Srikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 137 of 2015, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
