08-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 14 as well as Sri Pramod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for private respondents, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provision of Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act as per Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 and as such, a prayer is being made for transmitting the record of this case to the Tribunal constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

Accordingly, in view of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay/- U
