JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-06-2019 Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking a direction to the respondent no.3 to make payment of the admitted amount against the supplies of goods made by the petitioner in terms of contract said to have been entered into between the respondent no.3 and the petitioner vide Contract No.GEMC511687700069783 dated 15.01.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made supplies in terms of the contract and so far as the petitioner is aware all the formalities for payment of admitted amount were cleared but uptil now the payment has not been made to the petitioner.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case without entering into the merit of the contentions of the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, consider the same and in case it is found that the petitioner is entitled for payment against the goods said to have been supplied to respondent no.3 the admitted amount must be paid to the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
