Counsel for the petitioners has drawn my attention towards the provisions of the Gram Kachahari and, submitted that the offence alleged in the instant case, is cognizable by the Gram Kachahari.

Having regard to the scheme with respect to Gram Kachahari, it is desirable that such matter should be examined by the Gram Kachahari and appropriate order may be passed. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20677 of 2014 (6) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate petition before the court below for transfer of the case to the Gram Kachahari Papraur, Begusarai. If such petition is filed by the petitioners within a period of one month, the court below will transfer the case to the Gram Kachahari, and thereafter, the Gram Kachahari will pass appropriate order considering the said scheme within a further period of two months.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
