JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Harnaut (Kalyanbigha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376/366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled against these petitioners are general and omnibus. Specific allegation is against co-accused Shambhu Paswan. During investigation, nothing has come to suggest complicity of these petitioner in the alleged crime. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
