JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and other accused persons fraudulently withdrew Rs.1.50 lacs from informant's account .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the Communications Service Provider (CSP) in question was running in the name of the petitioner but the petitioner had nothing to do with internal affairs of the office rather the same was being run by co-accused Rohan Sah since 2013. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he and other accused persons fraudulently withdrew Rs.1.50 lacs from informant's account. The CSP was registered in the name of this petitioner.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
