This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 393 of 2022 registered under section 364, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story in short is that on 18.06.2022, six unknown miscreants had intercepted a Bolero vehicle and kidnapped one Arun Munna. And the petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is named in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25893 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 confession of the co-accused of the similarly situated accused persons who have been granted bail by this Court, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 393 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Belhar police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
