====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned senior counsel for the Union of India.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b) (ii) (c)/25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that huge quantity of Ganja was recovered from the Truck, who was driver of the said truck.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Official Complaint Case no. 01C3/2018 arising out of NCB Case No. 15

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23095 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 of 2018 from the Court of learned A.D.J.-1st, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

The application is dismissed accordingly.
