2. In all these writ applications, the petitioners are praying for a direction to the respondents to count their total

4/4 service period taking into consideration the period spent as PACS Managers in the Primary Credit Co-operative Societies.

3. The facts of the cases are identical in nature. These petitioners came to be appointed against Class III posts in different offices of the District Magistrate, Madhepura. They entered into service and have already retired from service.

4. Only yesterday, this Court had occasion to consider an identical matter being CWJC No. 492 of 2023 in which after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and the State at length, this Court has passed a reasoned order.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners and the State jointly submit that these cases being identical shall be covered by the rationale and reasoning provided by this Court in the order dated 14.03.2023 passed in CWJC No. 492 of 2023.

6. In the aforesaid view of the matter, these writ applications are disposed of in terms of the order dated 14.03.2023 passed in CWJC No. 492 of 2023.
