2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have looted Rs. 2 Lakh from the informant. Petitioner has been identified in the T.I. Parade. He is in jail since 04.11.2023. Petitioner is accused in two more cases.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
