ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-11-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 04.05.2011 by which the Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Cr. Misc. No. 35 of 2011 has cancelled the bail to the petitioner. Considering that the petitioner undertakes to be represented on each date of trial, the application is allowed and the order dated 04.05.2011 by which the Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Cr. Misc. No. 35 of 2011 has cancelled the bail to the petitioner, is hereby set aside with direction to the petitioner to furnish a fresh bail bonds with following conditions : That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.
