ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-11-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 04.05.2011 by which the Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Cr. Misc. No. 35 of 2011 has cancelled the bail to the petitioner. Considering that the petitioner undertakes to be represented on each date of trial, the application is allowed and the order dated 04.05.2011 by which the Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Cr. Misc. No. 35 of 2011 has cancelled the bail to the petitioner, is hereby set aside with direction to the petitioner to furnish a fresh bail bonds with following conditions : That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish

No.30217 of 2011 dt.02-11-2015 2/2 information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioner, That the petitioner will give an undertaking that he will receive the police papers on the given date and be present on date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two given dates and delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse.

That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
