The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 151, 152 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 31086 of 2017, 31564 of 2017 and 34309 of 2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34464 of 2017 (3) dt.29-08-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
