Case No. 374 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of dowry death.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is separate in mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34161 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 13th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 374 of 2020.
