JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner having realized that a decision in Nawadah Central Co-operative Bank for enhancement of the age of retirement from 58 years to 60 years has been enforced only with effect from 18.2.2014 which in turn would deprive the petitioner, who had retired from service on 31st March, 2010, seeks leave to move the competent authority/ court for assailing the aforementioned decision of the Bank so that in the event of success of the petitioner he may now at least get salary for the period of two years which he got deprived on account of not taking a decision for enhancement of age of retirement and later on making it only prospective with effect from

This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
