====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Silao P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that one Motorcycle has been recovered from house of Kameshwar Choudhary where petitioner was residing as tenant.
From the seizure list which is part of First Information Report, it appears that recovery has been made from the house of Kameshwar Choudhary. Petitioner was tenant of the said house.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24781 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Anuj Kumar in his confessional statement. He further submits that co-accused Raushan Kumar has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 13312 of 2019.
Petitioner is in custody since 4.11.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda, in connection with Silao P.S.
