JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf o the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No.14 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 427, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that all accused persons came and this petitioner is alleged to have gave a lathi blow over the head of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that five days prior to this occurrence, petitioner's side had lodged a case against the informant and in fact there is no injury on the persons of the informant, police after investigation submitted final form in this case and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38929 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2 / 2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., VII, Vaishali in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No.14 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
