This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Guthni Police Station Case No. 58 of 2020, disclosing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34779 of 2021(2) dt.02-02-2022 2/3 offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326(B), 307, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and both the parties have sustained injuries. She has also submitted that injuries sustained by injured persons have been discussed in the order of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IX, Siwan and all the injuries are simple in nature.

The learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submits that the injured, Ankit Verma, has sustained injuries on his Nostrail and fracture of Nasal bone and subsequently the injury was grievous in nature but this fact has neither been discussed in the order of the learned Court below nor available with the record.

Learned Addl. P.P. has also opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Siwan, in connection with Guthni Police Station Case No. 58 of 2020,
