The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188/291/353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/9 of the Bihar Control of the Use and Play of Loudspeaker Act, 1955. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
