JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 334(C) of 2015 lodged for the offences under Sections 420, 120B, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady, is that she got a sale deed executed in her favour from the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has paid the consideration amount in favour of nephew of informant and thereafter sale deed has been executed and now the present case has been lodged.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.3919 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her surrender within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Buxar, in connection with Complaint Case No. 334(C) of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
