ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.272 of 2005 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, vide order dated 26.10.2009, passed in Cr.Misc. No.25191 of 2009, the petitioner had been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail, but for the reason that he is very old and there was no one to help him to present himself before the court below, the bail bonds could not be furnished.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35633 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner is almost 100 years old, but the sons of the petitioner shall facilitate his surrender so that the bail bond papers may be executed.

Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and that already the petitioner has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Complaint Case No.272 of 2005.
