JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashok Kumar, the learned APP for the State.

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of the time granted by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 72833 of 2019, to surrender before the learned court below.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to extend the time granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.11.2019, by a further period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24295 of 2020(2) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 20.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 72833 of 2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.

The petition stands disposed off.
