JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-08-2023 Heard Mr. Sunil Kumar Dubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Kumar Samarjeet Singh, learned AC to SC-21 appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Arun Kumar Arun, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that authority has been issued by the Accountant General, Bihar on 01.05.2023 but for the reason best known to the Treasury Officer, Aurangabad, he has not credited the amount into the pensionary account of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6214 of 2023 dt.10-08-2023 2/2 petitioner.

3. The District Treasury Officer, Aurangabad, is directed to forthwith release the entire amount into the account of the petitioner.

4. In case the amount is not credited into the account of the petitioner and the same is reported by the petitioner then this Court will take appropriate action against the Treasury Officer, Aurangabad.

5. With aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
