JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, though the name of the learned counsel appearing on his behalf is printed in the daily cause list.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on the other hand, submits that the petitioner has not given the details of lands belonging to him over which village road is proposed to be constructed under Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sarak Yojna. According to them, in absence of any legal right shown by the petitioner over the lands in question, the present writ petition is fit to be dismissed.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
