ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.283 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 337, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from a plain perusal of the F.I.R. that there is a land dispute between the parties and as a result whereof, the present case has been filed. So far as the story of brick-batting is concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus against both the petitioners and particularly directed against all the accused or both of them.

No.16196 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 In the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.283 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
