This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 460 of 2011, disclosing offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Since this application has been filed five years after lodging of the First Information Report, coupled with the fact that commission of offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, has been alleged against the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so
