JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 473, 472 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be purchaser and she has filed Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 against co-accused Ravi Rashmi and others.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that she is a bona fide purchaser and as a matter of fact, co-accused Ravi Rashmi and others have cheated the petitioner.

No.19266 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in Bihar P.S.
