Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C213 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Petitioner, who happens to be husband of the complainant is said to have tormented her in association of his family members over dowry demand and drove her out of her marital house and performed second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He neither

Petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity. Petitioner has been enlarged on provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.04.2019.

Learned counsel for the complainant appearing before the court in person also vented readiness of the complainant to live with the petitioner provided he keeps and maintains her with all sort of comfort and dignity. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 16.04.2019 is hereby confirmed.

However, learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner, if he is found not honouring his commitment made before this Court. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
