This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Phulparas P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
