The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2023 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(I-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 09.01.2023.

It is alleged that police recovered one live cartridge and one mobile from the possession of petitioner. Considering period of custody and recovery from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25957 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Magistrate-1st, Mohania, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2023.

The petitioner will visit Kudra Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
