2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 376(D), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.
3. The allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith two other co-accused committed rape with the victim and also recorded the occurrence in the mobile phone.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is inordinate delay of two months in lodging the complaint case. As a matter of fact, the informant had taken money through cash and UPI from the petitioner and when petitioner demanded his money, she refused to return the same and lodged this false and concocted case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he alongwith two others committed rape with the victim and also made the video of the incident. He further submits that some of the witnesses have also supported the prosecution case.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
